NIRVANA Terms of service
The service
NIRVANA helps hosts, affiliates and creators on Kiwi Stays prepare marketing posts from listings and publish them to the Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or Threads profile they connect. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. NIRVANA is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Your account
- You sign in with your Kiwi Stays account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must be 18 or older.
Accounts you connect
- You may connect only Pages, Instagram accounts and Threads profiles that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Facebook publishing is to Pages, not personal profiles. Instagram publishing needs a professional (Business or Creator) account.
- You can disconnect any account at any time, in NIRVANA or in the account's own settings.
Your content and listings
- Hosts may only promote listings they own or are authorised to advertise. Affiliates may promote listings that Kiwi Stays makes available for promotion, using their own referral link.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, prices and photos in your posts, and you must have the right to use those photos.
- We publish only content that belongs to a campaign you created or approved. You can review, pause or cancel scheduled posts before they go out.
Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Meta rules
Posts are published through Meta's services. You must follow Meta's terms, Community Standards and platform policies. Meta may remove content or limit your accounts, and we are not responsible for those decisions. Publishing depends on Meta's systems being available and on your account connection still being valid. We use data from Meta only as described in our privacy policy.
Limits
Posting limits apply per week and are enforced by the server. We may change limits, with notice shown in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for false or misleading offers, spam, repeated identical posts, unlawful content, or anything that breaches Meta's rules. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or that every post will publish. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue or indirect loss arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Ending your use
You can disconnect your accounts at any time and ask us to delete your data using the data deletion page. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
